Learning how to effectively utilize technology in the classroom
This digital portfolio is designed to tell the story of my journey to learn how to use technology to help my future students to learn best. This site is organized in the components of the Danielson Framework, developed by Charlotte Danielson for assessing teacher performance. The Framework contains multiple different categories which contain and explain different technological tools. Each tool fits into a segment of the framework which elaborates the importance of the resource in serving the students.
I am certain that different features exist that would greatly benefit students with any learning style. I also believe that students with special needs can be helped by the use of technology in the classroom. There are so many options available, and I look forward to learning about all of them! I am so excited to be able to use all of these tools that I am collecting to make learning easier and more fun for my students once I start teaching!
Over my four years at Grove City College, I am eager to be learning more tools to share on this site! I am happy that this is only the beginning, and I cannot wait to see what is coming!

“We need technology in every classroom and in every student and teacher’s hand, because it is the pen and paper of our time, and it is the lens through which we experience much of our world.” – David Warlick
